A Tom Jobim Tribute — Bossa Nova & Brazilian Jazz
Join us for one night only at the Byron Bay Creative Hub as André Cordeiro and Irlan Joney celebrate the music of Antônio Carlos Jobim — the composer who carried bossa nova from Rio de Janeiro to the world.
Expect an intimate, warm set of the songs that defined a genre: “The Girl from Ipanema”, “Corcovado”, “Desafinado”, “Wave” and “Águas de Março”, carried by Brazilian guitar, piano and voice.
